Welcome to Fulham Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website fulhamvehiclehire.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services

1. Fulham Tenancy

All vehicle rentals with Fulham are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement sets out the terms, conditions, insurance details, fees, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.

2. Fulham Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Fulham, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old when hiring from Fulham (age limits may vary by vehicle type, with additional fees possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification, proof of address and a payment card in the lead driver’s name at collection.

3. Fulham Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Fulham location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and the security deposit are normally payable on vehicle collection. All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. ...

4. Fulham Vehicle Collection and Return

  • You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any existing damage to Fulham immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Fulham representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged to you.

5. Insurance and Liability — Fulham

  • Fulham includes basic third-party insurance with all rentals. Full coverage terms and any applicable excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional additional insurance may be available to reduce your out-of-pocket costs. We recommend reviewing these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess stated in the Rental Agreement.

6. Fulham Cancellation and Changes

Fulham's cancellation and amendment policies vary by booking type and notice period. Please consult your booking confirmation or Fulham Rental Agreement for details. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

7. Fulham Restrictions

You must not use the Fulham vehicle for:

  • Any use that violates local, state, or federal law or Fulham policies. Racing, rallying, off‑road competitions, or other high-risk driving activities. Transporting explosives, flammable liquids, toxic chemicals, or other hazardous materials. Subleasing the vehicle, lending it to third parties, or permitting drivers not authorized by Fulham. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol, prescription medication, or illegal substances. Uses that exceed the vehicle's design, load capacity, or manufacturer specifications...

Breaching these restrictions may result in Fulham terminating the rental immediately and imposing additional charges.

8. Fulham Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Fulham Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services will not exceed the fees paid by you for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law (Fulham)

These Terms for Fulham are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be determined exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Fulham Terms

Fulham may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continuing to use our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
